CHOCOLATE MACARONS with chocolate ganache filling





My inspiration to make a blog came after I made these babies. I realised my followers on instagram/twitter were getting sick of me posting photos of macarons, and so I decided why not make a blog? This is probably my 5th attempt at the basic macaron. I've tried several recipes and leaving the 'rest' time longer. I found that using a food processor for the dry ingredients make the macaron more smooth. Anyway, I'm so happy with the way they look now, especially when I saw the macarons actually had feet!
